**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic Online Chat Sales Specialist to engage with visitors on our chat system, providing immediate support, and guidance, and convincing them of the value of our GIS services and products. This role is crucial for creating a responsive and engaging online experience, directly influencing our sales and customer satisfaction levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with visitors in real-time on our chat system, offering assistance, answering questions, and providing detailed information about our GIS solutions.
- Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients to effectively recommend suitable products and services.
- Guide customers through the sales process within the chat environment, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Capture and follow up on leads generated through chat conversations, coordinating with the sales team to ensure potential sales are closed.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with the technical team to stay informed about product updates, new features, and GIS industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
- Provide feedback on chat interactions and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong foundation in sales, customer service, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience. Experience in GIS or technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging customers in a chat environment.
- Ability to assess customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and close sales in a chat-based setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, chat software, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Business, or Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
