**Your role**
- The role entails:
- Subject matter expertise in Investment banking business and related products
- Delivering high quality reporting and analytics for Group, and Legal Entities for IB division and business area.
- Collaborating across global and regional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high quality comprehensive reports on performance and resource consumption which includes RWA, LRD & Balance Sheet,with an overlay of meaningful commentary explaining the drivers behind the figures using Microstrategy reporting platform.
- Good understanding of Investment banking business and related products..
- Critically reviewing and analysing the performance and financial resource usage.
- Supporting client engagement model and establishing RAS as a trusted & recognized business partner.
- Cooperating with the respective Businesses, Group Accounting & Controlling, Treasury and Business CFOs to achieve high quality financial information and analysis as well as support optimization efforts.
- Providing knowledge and data to key clients of the agreed Sector responsibilities.
- Regularly reviewing and challenging our clients' needs, and their existing and new demands; any new report(s) to be set-up in a standardized process.
- Providing senior management with ad-hoc analysis.
- Responding promptly to feedback on the understanding of data and information the team distributes.
- Responsibility to develop new joiners in the team in their business understanding and knowledge of IB.

**Your team**
- The role exists within the Reporting and Analytics Service team. This team has been created to deliver best in class reporting and analysis to support the decision making processes relating to management and performance of IB business division and business areas resources for UBS group, business divisions and legal entities.

**Your expertise**
- Higher degree and professional qualification
- Overall experience of over 5-10 years, of which minimum 3-5 years in Invest Banking reporting and controlling in the financial service industry.
- Good understanding of Investment banking business and related financial reporting and controlling in the financial service industry.
- Sound understanding of Banking business, in particular Investment Banking, Treasury and Wealth Management.
- A good understanding of Basel 3 capital regulations and models.
- Strong analytical and review skills.
- Strong MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and MS Access).
- Good technology knowledge (preferably UBS Finance ledger).
- Attention to detail.
- A reliable and accurate working style
- An exposure to Microstrategy Visual Insight reporting platform would be an added advantage.
