**Responsibilities**:
**Jira & Jira Service Desk Administration**:

- Configure, manage, and maintain **Jira Software** and **Jira Service Management (JSM)** environments.
- Create and customize **workflows, issue types, fields, screens, dashboards, filters, and automation rules**.
- Manage **user access, roles, permissions, and security settings** within Jira.
- Implement and maintain **SLAs, queues, automation, and request types** in Jira Service Management.
- Integrate Jira with **third-party tools** such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, and other ITSM tools.
- Provide **user training and documentation** on best practices and usage.

**Confluence Administration**:

- Manage **spaces, permissions, templates, and macros** to enhance team collaboration.
- Maintain and optimize **Confluence pages and knowledge bases**.
- Configure plugins and integrations to extend Confluence’s functionality.
- Ensure **data security, backups, and compliance** within Confluence.

**Microsoft Intune Administration**:

- Deploy and manage **Microsoft Intune** for endpoint and mobile device management (MDM).
- Configure and enforce **compliance policies, security baselines, and device restrictions**.
- Implement **zero-trust security models, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)**.
- Manage **Windows Autopilot** and device provisioning for new employees.

**General IT Support**:

- Provide end-user support for various IT systems and tools.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance to ensure platform stability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and processes as needed.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain documentation for JIRA, Confluence, and Intune configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, usage metrics, and incidents for management review.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all systems adhere to internal security protocols and industry compliance standards.
- Perform regular security audits and work with IT security teams to address vulnerabilities and risks.

**Requirements**:

- **Required Experience**:
- Proven experience administering JIRA Cloud, JIRA Service Management Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of IT administration, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to device and system management, including MDM (Mobile Device Management).
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in JIRA Cloud (Admin, Configuration, Automation, and Workflows).
- Proficient in JIRA Service Management Cloud (SLAs, Queues, Automation, etc.).
- Proficient in Confluence Cloud (Spaces, Permissions, Templates, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and security management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is a plus.
- **Preferred Skills**:
- Atlassian Certification (e.g., JIRA Administrator, Confluence Administrator).
- Microsoft Intune Certification or similar MDM-related certifications.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
