Offering : Cloud Role Family : Compute Platforms Discipline : VMWare Administration Primary Location : Bangalore/Chennai Billing Status : Billable Schedule : Full Time Total Exp : 7+ years Total Positions : 1 Job Profile/Key Responsibilities: 7+ years experience as a HCI, VxRail, VMWare vSphere, vCenter, ESXi Host, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 500 servers) Vetted experience in VMWare ESXi host support Administration and Cluster management, CLX, knowledge of VMware Site Recovery Install, configure and manage a highly available and scalable virtual infrastructure based on VMWare Provide planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading support for vSphere, vCenter ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Must have experience and understanding of physical as well as virtual networks, be NSX VCP and/or NSX VCAP certified: NSX-T Networking (Must) NSX-T Security (Gateway Firewall and Distributed Firewall) (Must) NSX Advanced Load Balancer (Avi Networks) Azure VMware Solution HCX Management VCD VMware Cloud Director Should have experience and understanding of three or more of the following: VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) deployment with NSX Network Insight (vRNI) NSX-V to NSX-T Migration VMware Cloud on AWS (Network Connectivity) Oracle Cloud VMware Solution (Network Connectivity) Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of components in a large environment centered around best practices, to include NSX Manager, Edge Nodes. Experience with Firewall Gateway Firewall and Distributed Firewall. Implementation of Security Groups, Security Services , Trace Flow troubleshooting experience. Experience with T0 and T1 creation and configuration. Experience in working with Network team to configure BGP routing between T0 and TOR Switches VMware Cloud Foundation deployment with NSX is add on experience. Experience working with various levels of technical individuals at remote locations and vendors to resolve problems or in implementing new solutions. Ensuring network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions.
