**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales techniques.
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales calls under supervision.
- Shadow senior sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed training program goals and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
