Responsibilities:

- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for clients.
- Identifying ways to provide new marketing ideas to enhance the brand and also generate business opportunities for the client
- Maintaining an accurate record of all marketing activities
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / masters degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
- Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
