**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information about our services.
- Understand the customer’s needs and recommend the appropriate services.
- Convert inquiries into bookings by confidently explaining benefits and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling calls.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth execution of services.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of calls and client details in the system accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or call center is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with call handling systems.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
