Job Title: Call Center In-Charge

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Call Center

**Responsibilities**:
Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of customer care executives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team performance.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire customer care executives based on staffing needs.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires efficiently.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall call center efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Customer Satisfaction:
Foster a customer-centric culture within the call center team.
Address customer escalations promptly and ensure effective issue resolution.
Technology Utilization:
Oversee the use of call center technologies and ensure the team is trained on new tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest technology upgrades as needed.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a call center leadership role.
Strong knowledge of call center operations, processes, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
