**A One Advisory** is a fast-growing financial services and investment advisory firm. We are expanding our Chennai team and are looking for a **Tamil-speaking Inside Sales Executive** who is passionate about sales, customer engagement, and helping clients make informed financial decisions.

** - Reach out to potential and existing customers through **phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels** to promote our financial advisory services**.**
- Communicate confidently in **Tamil** to build strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning and **close sales**.
- Maintain and update **customer information in CRM software**.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the **field sales team** for conversions.
- Consistently **achieve daily and monthly sales targets**.
- Maintain proper logs of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- **1-3 years** of experience in **Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Customer Service**.
- Excellent communication skills in **English & Tamil** (mandatory).
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling customer calls.
- Experience in **Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment** industries preferred.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools, MS Excel, and call-tracking systems**.
- Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / Related field preferred).
