Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
Primary Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration and hands-on Experience of Studios and Builders
- Perform all the Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration across multiple orgs including segmenting audiences, managing data extensions and subscriber lists
- Hands-on experience on SQL and SQL-server languages, Optimizing SQL Queries, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Sync data from Salesforce service cloud and other external databases to the Marketing Cloud and back.
- Use landing pages and preference centres to manage customer inputs.
- Configure trigger sends and API calls within the Marketing Cloud platform.
- Configure and Integrate with 3rd party tools as needed
- Meets with key stakeholders to Gather and analyse business requirements for changes and enhancements, Outlines and sizes work requests,
- Provides support to Marketing users and act as the primary point of contact for end-user support.
- Perform data analysis/management tasks, produce ad-hoc reports, makes data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions.
- Mentors and trains other admins on the Marketing Cloud and provides guidance as needed
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification is added plus
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
- 30 day notification period preferred
Education background:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field required. Strong relevant work experience considered.
