**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven **Field Sales Executive** to promote Jobsense’s IT & Non-IT courses by visiting **schools, colleges, and coaching institutes** in Indore. The primary responsibility will be to interact with students, **generate interested leads (minimum 10 per day),** and encourage them to visit our institute or provide their contact details for further counseling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to various **schools, colleges, and institutes** to promote Jobsense courses.
- Engage with students and provide detailed information about our **40+ IT & Non-IT courses.**:

- Generate a minimum of **10 quality leads per day** (students genuinely interested in our courses).
- Persuade students to visit the institute for further guidance or provide their contact details.
- Share collected leads with the counseling team for follow-ups and admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for future lead generation.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- **Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in Field Sales / Education Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage with students effectively.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Non-IT courses is an advantage.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Own a **two-wheeler** (mandatory) with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively within Indore.
