We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Field Sales Executive** to join our growing team in the Media and Advertising industry. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients for media and advertising services
- Pitch our offerings confidently and clearly to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups
- Understand client needs and offer suitable advertising solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing

- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Strong **convincing power** and ability to handle client objections
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field (not mandatory)
- Prior internship or exposure in media, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus
