**Location**: Tirupur & Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the real estate market.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to effectively match them with suitable properties.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, financing options, and market trends.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
- Assist clients in negotiating property deals and closing transactions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints or issues from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for attracting new clients and promoting properties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to property transactions, contracts, agreements, and client interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
