**JOB ROLE**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries through various channels like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.
- Provide detailed information about our products and address customer queries effectively to generate interest and sale leads.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B platforms and online sales channels is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- **Fluent in English.**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
