**Job Summary**:
As a Reservation Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a critical role in shaping their experience at our resort. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound inquiries efficiently, converting them into bookings while achieving the designated sales targets. This role demands a commitment to sales and great customer service, offering you an opportunity to hone your skills in a vibrant and dynamic setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all inbound inquiries pertaining to the resort, ensuring a high conversion rate to bookings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless reservation experience for guests.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Educational Qualification: HM Graduates
