RETAIL SALES

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets. Identify and approach potential retail customers in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 2. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market share. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences. 3. Customer Management: Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely support and services. 4. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports and present them to management regularly. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data. 5. Promotion & Marketing: Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to promote the company’s products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing.

Experience: 2-3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the wire or engineering industry. Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
