**Retail Sales Executive (Counter Sales)**

**Location**: Mumbai (All over Mumbai)

**Shift Timing**: Rotational (Morning and Evening)

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Weekly Off**: Monday - Friday (Rotational, no offs on weekends and holidays)

**Grooming**: Male - Well-groomed and clean-shaven. Presentable personality Female - presentable personality

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and offering assistance by providing product information and answering questions.
- Providing accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assisting customers in comparing products based on features and price to facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Suggesting additional products that complement the customer’s purchase.
- Ensuring shelves and racks are properly displayed and fully stocked.
- Handling the return process for merchandise in accordance with store policies.
- Working with the sales team, especially during peak times, to ensure excellent customer service.
- Informing customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers.
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback with the Store Manager to improve store services.
- Staying informed about new products and services to keep customers up-to-date.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a retail sales role and knowledge of retail sales processes.
- Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior to understand purchasing decisions.
- Basic mathematical ability to handle transactions and price calculations.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers and build trust.
- Capable of handling the demands of a busy retail environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
