**About the Company**

**Fuzion Ventures** is the offshore back-office support for a UK-based legal firm specializing in residential property law. Our UK team assists clients with buying, selling, and refinancing properties across England and Wales.

We are currently expanding our marketing team and are looking for a **skilled Social Media Marketer & Video Content Creator** who can help us build a powerful online presence and effectively promote our services to a global audience.

**Job Summary**

We're looking for a creative and experienced professional who can:

- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies
- Create high-quality video content
- Write compelling content and sales copy
- Promote legal services to a broader audience

This is a hybrid role that blends content creation, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content
- Write professional, fluent English copy for posts, captions, and ads
- Monitor analytics and trends to optimize performance
- Handle direct engagement with potential leads and promote our services
- Support the sales team in converting inquiries into clients
- Ensure brand consistency across all content
- Maintain a content calendar and collaborate with internal teams

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Minimum 3 years** of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Excellent **spoken and written English**:

- Strong skills in video creation and editing (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Experience with design/video tools like Canva, CapCut, Bigvu, Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Background in **sales or customer service**:

- Ability to promote and sell services via online channels
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Organized, creative, and proactive in remote work environments
- Strong understanding of current social media algorithms and trends
- Willing to work UK hours and follow UK bank holidays (No Indian public holidays)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience)
