**ROLE IS BASED IN PUNE**

**Performance KPIs (40%)**
- Conduct daily QA evaluations (minimum 22 per day) to ensure 100% target achievement.
- Maintain high performance in Job Knowledge Questionnaire (JKQ) with 100% scoring accuracy.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement at least one initiative per quarter.

**Quality KPIs (65%)**
- Deliver evaluation accuracy by ensuring all assessments are valid and dispute-free.Support CRE development by driving quality score improvement
- 10%) among identified staff through coaching insights.Monitor and contribute to maintaining high CSAT scores

- Participate in at least two calibration sessions per month to ensure evaluation consistency.

**Compliance KPIs**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or CRM support
- Previous exposure to CSAT, JKQ, and evaluation processes is a strong advantage
