**Job Summary**
Searching for an Quality control - officer to work with ABsource BIOLOGICS Pvt. Ltd. incepted in the year 2014 has its spotlight on indigenously developed DVS cultures and other related products to be used in Dairy Industry for manufacturing of Curd, Cheese etc. along with the production of several non-dairy products.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **To practice and observe cGLP and cGMP.
- **Preparation and reviewing of department SOPs, formats, protocol, specifications and all documents regarding Quality control and microbiology.
- **Sampling of water, raw material and packing material.
- **Microbiological and Quality Control analysis of RO water, raw material, In process Material, Bulk material, finished products, packing material, stability sample, Validation sample.
- **Maintain record of preparation, consumption, destruction, sterilization of media, sterilization of glass wares and autoclave record.
- **Maintain entry of samples, plan for analysis of samples, result reports filling, entry into Excel sheets.
- **To update log books, registers and records of department.
- **Handling OOS, Deviations.
- **Calibration and validation of QC and micro instrument and record the result for the same
- **Coordinate with Quality Assurance and with all related departments.
- **To perform Fumigation and Environment Monitoring of plant.
- **Compliance of Quality Related, Customer and Regulatory requirement.
- **Participate in regulatory audits as HACCP, ISO and others.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- M. Sc. Microbiology - 3 -6 Months experience in QC department in Food Industry/Pharma Industry

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
