We are looking for Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant, who will be responsible for implementing UK Payroll module and is experienced on Absence Payment. We need a Cloud payroll resource, who has worked on UK Absence and written Payroll Fast Formula and configured UK Absence Payment element. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, design solutions, map business processes, configure systems, and provide ongoing support. Also, Responsible to create detailed project documentation, train users, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including onsite and offshore assignments. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Payroll Cloud module. Gather requirements, analyse gaps, design solutions, and map business processes. Configure and test Payroll modules, ensuring integration with other systems. Configure payroll elements and calculations to support absence payments. Provide user training and support for rollouts and live environments. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of core HR, Absence & payroll modules. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to client sites as needed. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in at least four end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations, including at least one project with UK legislation Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configurations, setups, and transactions. Familiarity with UK Legislative payroll is advantageous. Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS is an added advantage Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is desirable. Effective communication and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-tasked, high-pressure environment. Strong team player with an ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary. Attributes for Success Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships. Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: Up to ₹130,000.00 per month
