**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to time and attendance, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Configure Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, and Advanced Scheduling.
- Design and implement custom reports and integrations with third-party systems such as HRIS, Payroll, and ERP platforms.
- Support Kronos upgrades, patching, and system enhancements.
- Lead functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical developers and vendors as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of functional experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions.
- Strong understanding of Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Leave, and Accruals.
- Experience with Kronos Configuration Workbench, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and Navigator.
- Familiarity with Kronos reporting tools (Workforce Analytics, Cognos, etc.).
- Experience in end-to-end Kronos implementation and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Kronos certification is a plus.
- Experience with integrations to SAP, Oracle, or other HR/Payroll systems.
- Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Mobile, Attestation, and Forecasting modules.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
