Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC, EC Time, Payroll, Integrations)

Experience: 3–8 years

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), EC Time, ECP Payroll, and hands-on experience in ticketing, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to support configurations, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Time (Top Priority).
  • Work on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC) for payroll monitoring and validations.
  • Handle day-to-day ServiceNow tickets—analysis, resolution, and RCA.
  • Support Snowflake and basic data integration pipelines for HR data flows.
  • Collaborate on UKG (Kronos) time & attendance data processing.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for system enhancements.
  • Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and release management.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors EC & EC Time (configuration, workflows, rules).
  • Experience with ECP Payroll and understanding of PCC framework.
  • ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of Snowflake and HR data integrations (file-based/API).
  • Working experience with UKG/Kronos.
  • Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
