**Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize academic background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), finance, or economics to analyze financial data and trends.

2. Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal relationship skills acquired during previous academic or professional experiences.

3. Develop the ability to read, interpret, and form views on matters related to economics and finance.

4. Exhibit strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and Hindi. Proficiency in any regional language will be an added advantage.

5. Demonstrate self-regulation and familiarity with office management processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Graduate or post-graduate degree in BFSI, finance, or economics. A high academic achievement is not mandatory.

2. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills during academic or previous professional experiences.

3. Interest and ability to analyze economic and financial matters.

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in any regional language considered a plus.

5. Self-regulated and familiar with office management processes.
