**JOB SUMMARY**:
This is support activity to Real Estate Portfolio/Product Management. This position includes assisting Product Management in preparing Fund Performance reports, Quarterly reports, Consultant reports, Investor communications, Data uploading to various management information. Should have 3 to 5 Years’ experience in accounting, finance, audit, real estate accounting, asset management or fund accounting. Experience in data uploads to various platforms and reconciliation will be an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Supporting the Product Management team in various reporting activities
- Preparing Portfolio reports and communicate with Portfolio or Product managers in case of queries
- Downloading financials from Yardi and updating NOI and CAPEX reports
- Sending NAV Statements, Capital Calls and Distributions notices to Investors through Intralinks
- Support the team on Real connect tasks and Investran uploads
- Rent Roll understanding and analysis
- Upload Budget in Yardi and reconciling with Yardi
- Support the team in Real connect tasks

**Working Conditions**:
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
- Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.

**Work Experience / Knowledge**:

- Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration
- Experience in Fund Operations or fund administration or fund accounting is advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Perform activities with minimum supervision.
- Displays ability to navigate through SOP’s/training material to perform activities on their own.
- Ability to meet timelines and accuracy.
- Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
- Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented
- With high learning ability and positive curiosity
- Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member
- Expertise in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate over the phone with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required.

**Formal Education**:(minimum requirement to perform job duties)
- A Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in B.Com or M.Com or MBA in finance is preferred.
