As a Restaurant Captain at Wilton, you will be the steward of our guests' dining journey, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable experiences. Your role will encompass a blend of leadership, hospitality, and attention to detail, as you orchestrate the flow of service and elevate the dining atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, embodying the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen and other staff members to deliver prompt and attentive service.
- Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality, anticipating their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their dining experience.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency in service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with grace and tact, resolving issues promptly to uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the dining area is impeccably clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives, refine existing processes, and continuously enhance the overall dining experience at Wilton.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
