**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
Identify and engage with potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
Understand clients' property needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2. Property Sales:
Market properties through online platforms, promotional materials, and networking.
Conduct property showings and tours, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate prices and terms with clients to achieve successful deals.
3. Market Analysis:
Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends.
Provide clients with insights on property prices, market demand, and investment opportunities.
4. Administrative Tasks:
Assist in preparing sales agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation.
Coordinate with legal teams, brokers, and other professionals for seamless transactions.
5. Lead Generation:
Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Follow up on inquiries promptly to maintain client interest and trust.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license (if required in your region).
