**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting the features and benefits of our products.
- **Conduct Sales Presentations**: Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to showcase our products to potential customers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Build and Maintain Customer Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries, and following up on their sales inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a database of customer information for future reference.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to effectively communicate product updates to customers.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Share market insights with the sales team and management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven B2C Sales Experience**: Previous experience in B2C sales is essential, preferably in a similar industry or product category. Even Freshers are allowed.
- **Results-Oriented**: demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and deliver results in a competitive sales environment.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers, listen actively, and articulate product features and benefits.
- **Customer-Focused**: A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of our products and effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- **Self-motivated**: A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates persistence, and possesses a strong drive to succeed.
- **Adaptability**: flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
