Equity Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and provide appropriate investment solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

**Portfolio Management**:

- Analyze clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to create customized investment portfolios.

Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, making recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and client goals.

**Sales and Business Development**: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

By forming a team of sales force acquisition of Clients and sub
- brokers.

Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell and upsell various financial products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MBA - Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role in the financial services industry to handle a strong sales team.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
