We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Sales and Marketing Intern** to join our growing team. As an intern, you will support the sales and marketing team in lead generation, campaign execution, client communication, and building brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in business development and digital marketing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and present company offerings
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client data
- Analyze marketing and sales data to support strategy improvements
- Attend client meetings or virtual demos when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with basic sales and marketing concepts
- Knowledge of MS Office tools; CRM or marketing software knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Based in or willing to work from the Newtown, Kolkata office
- Immediate joiners preferred
