Office Administrator

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th grade education or Any Graduate
- Prior experience is not mandatory but 0-1 year experience in a similar role is preferred
- **Gender**: Male/Female
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in daily office administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain accurate attendance records of staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry and management, including knowledge of Excel
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and conferences
- Provide general administrative support to management as required
**Skills Required**:
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
