3) Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4) Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.

5) Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Oversee the packing process, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of products according to company standards.

2) Supervise packing team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

3) Organize and maintain inventory of packaging materials, ensuring an adequate supply for production needs.

4) Collaborate with the production team to coordinate packing schedules and prioritize workload.

5) Inspect finished products to verify correct packaging, labeling, and quality.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
