**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Schedule the patients as per the client's schedule
- Should be able to handle the incoming calls
- To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
- Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
- Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Should be willing to work in US Shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be Flexible with Shift timings
- Should able to do multitasking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15000 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
