
Front Desk Receptionist

As a **Receptionist**, you will manage front desk duties while handling telecalling tasks to support lead generation, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Handle general administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, receiving courier/mail)
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing clients to provide information or generate leads
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, or past clients as per company follow-up schedule
- Maintain call records, update CRM or database
- Set appointments for the sales or operations team
- Handle basic queries about services/products over the phone
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Organised, and punctual,
