Front Desk Executive/Receptionist**

**Location**: Gandhinagar

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Warmly welcome guests and efficiently manage their check-in/check-out process.

Ø Handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately or taking messages as needed.

Ø Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, ensuring smooth coordination.

Ø Manage mail and packages, maintaining organized records.

Ø Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:
Ø 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar receptionist role.

Ø Proficient in English and Gujarati with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ø Strong drafting skills for composing professional correspondence.

Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Ø Exceptional guest management skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
