**Job Summary**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will ensure all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Visitor Coordination**: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and inform relevant staff about visitor arrivals.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries promptly and courteously or redirect them to the appropriate person/department.
- **Clerical Tasks**: Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the office team.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
**Key Requirements**
- **Educational Qualifications**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in administration or related fields is a plus. Graduate completed.
- **Experience**: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset.
