**Profile Introduction**:

As a Reservation Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to make reservations at our resort. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to creating unforgettable stays for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**: Utilize our reservation system to book accommodations, dining, and activities according to guest preferences and availability.
- **Communication**: Provide clear and concise information regarding resort amenities, policies, and pricing to guests.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, finding suitable resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as Front Desk, Sales, and Housekeeping to coordinate guest preferences and ensure smooth operations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell resort services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

**Requirements**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- **Communication**: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages may be advantageous.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
