Qualification
- Post Graduate/ MBA (Mechanical preferred).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales target **Meet potential customers within the industrial sector.** Fix your appointments through networking, cold calling, and reference generation. **Perform end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.** Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or senior management. **100% field sales job COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS: -** Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. **Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.** Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. **Mobile phone and Laptop necessary**

EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years Proven experience in industrial sales or a similar B2B sales role. Knowledge of industrial products, equipment, and processes is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree

Compensation structure
Salary Provident Fund Travelling allowance Incentives 20k to 30k 25% of Basic 5000 (Monthly) As per Target Achieved
