**Job Title**: Business Expansion Officer
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Product Demonstration & Client Engagement**:
- Lead engaging and insightful demonstrations of the HIMS software to prospective clients, showcasing how the solution addresses their specific challenges. Tailor each presentation to highlight the software’s capabilities and how it can drive efficiency and elevate patient care within their organization.
- **Implementation & System Integration**:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of HIMS software in healthcare settings, ensuring seamless integration with the client’s existing systems. Strive to minimize any operational disruptions, providing clients with a hassle-free experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly during the implementation process, ensuring a successful outcome and satisfied clients.
- **Conducting GAP Analysis & Process Optimization**:
- Engage in thorough GAP analysis at client organizations, identifying areas for operational improvement. Provide clear and actionable recommendations that help streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall healthcare delivery.
- **Optimizing Operations & NABH Protocol Integration**:
- Assist clients in refining their operational processes to maximize productivity and patient care. Guide them through the integration of NABH standards, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements while elevating service quality across all areas of healthcare delivery.
- **Training & Skill Development**:
- Conduct training sessions for medical professionals, hospital administrators, and staff to ensure they are well-equipped to use HIMS software to its full potential. Empower clients with the knowledge needed to optimize their operations and provide better care to patients.
- Support healthcare organizations in adopting and implementing NABH protocols, helping them enhance the quality of their services while achieving compliance with national healthcare standards.
- **Client Profiling & Relationship Enhancement**:
- Assist in the development of detailed client profiles for corporate empanelment, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and well-organized. Support long-term relationship building with healthcare providers, helping to create strong, strategic partnerships.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Management**:
- Provide high-quality customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and professionally. Foster lasting relationships through continuous engagement, ensuring clients feel confident and supported in their use of the HIMS software.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, proactively offering assistance and providing them with the resources they need to maximize the value of the software.
- **Reporting & Project Oversight**:
- Regularly prepare and submit comprehensive reports to the Reporting Officer, covering project milestones, client interactions, challenges, and accomplishments. Offer transparent updates to ensure alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Solid background in business development, sales, or customer support, preferably in healthcare or software industries, with a strong emphasis on fostering client relationships.
- A working knowledge of HIMS software and familiarity with NABH standards will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex software concepts for clients and influence key decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset, consistently offering solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other tools essential for managing client accounts, tracking projects, and reporting progress.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to provide on-site support, training, and ensure smooth implementation of the software.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
