Role: Customer Care Executive / UK Survey Process Executive

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 0-1 year to 0-3 years in outbound UK survey or international voice campaigns—freshers with relevant communication skills are also welcome

Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduates.

Skills: Strong verbal communication in English (UK accent a plus), basic computer/CRM knowledge

Shift: UK time zone (typically 1 PM-10 PM IST), 5 days a week, fixed week off.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range: ₹10,000-₹15,000/month (entry-level); ₹10,000-₹25,000/month depending on experience and incentives
