As we continue to expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our membership sales.

**Position: Sales Executive** **Location: Baner Pune**

As a Sales Executive at Glance Fitness GYM, you will be a key ambassador for our brand, responsible for engaging potential members and guiding them on their fitness journey. Your passion for fitness, coupled with your exceptional sales skills, will contribute to the overall success and growth of our gym. We are looking for a motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of our services and turn prospects into loyal members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage and build rapport with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals and needs.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our gym's membership packages and services.
- Conduct facility tours and provide a comprehensive explanation of our state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.
- Offer personalized fitness solutions to potential members, tailoring memberships to their specific requirements.
- Proactively follow up with leads and maintain an organized database of potential members.
- Meet individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Participate in gym promotional events, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the gym staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fitness techniques, and competitor offerings.

**Salary**: ₹8,621.42 - ₹33,104.20 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
