We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal cum Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily business and personal commitments. The role requires excellent communication, discretion, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination of professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain records, files, and databases for easy retrieval and smooth workflow.
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and travel planning (domestic & international).
- Manage personal appointments, events, and family-related logistics when required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive personal matters with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare documentation, letters, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups on action points.
- Support in project coordination, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely execution.
- Manage office supplies, expenses, reimbursements, and vendor coordination when needed.
- Provide support in organizing official and social events.


Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
