Detailed JD:
- Dynamically plan inspection schedules for Passengers & Drivers - taking into account the location, due date, order type.
- Provide efficient, optimized inspection routes.
- Provide superior customer service to passengers throughout the scheduling process.
- Promptly incorporate prioritized inspections of Express, same-day, or magic orders as applicable.
- Provide coverage for Administrative Coordinator absences.
- Develop processes to improve the organization and efficiency of the scheduling team.
1. Manage the international drivers and client details and prepare a trip schedule.
3. Coordinating with driver and passenger and en route the trips.
4. Monitoring the travel app and sending the information to the clients.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
6. Ensure the quality of all services and processes for the clients.
7. Handling the clients and preparing the reports.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
