We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual for the post of Customer Care Executive cum Telecaller.

Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.

You should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Expert in cold calling.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 Years of Experience preferably in a callcenter or BPO.
- Able to manage a team of customer support representative and maintain customer satisfaction.
- You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.
- You should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kozhikode - 673017, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
