**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a **Customer Care Executive** at the Food Delivery Platform owned by owleto, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and delightful experience. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to orders, deliveries, and platform usage. With flexible shifts available (12 PM - 5 PM or 5 PM - 10 PM), this role is perfect for individuals who are looking for a part-time job.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and other delivery-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to improving customer care processes by sharing insights and suggestions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality industry.
- Freshers are also welcome
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts (12 PM - 5 PM or 5 PM - 10 PM).
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations.
- Fluency in Malayalam language.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
