We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive (Field Operations)** to join our team, a leading B2B platform that supplies **fresh fruits and vegetables** to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Visit **local shops, supermarkets, Kirana stores, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café)** businesses daily.
- Explain Kisan Fresh's offering**:fresh fruits and vegetables** at competitive wholesale prices.
- Demonstrate how to use our **app** for placing daily orders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with old customers and **push for daily/regular orders**.
- Resolve customer concerns related to delivery, pricing, product quality, or app usage.
- **Sales Target Execution**:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly **sales targets**.
- Work with the sales manager to plan territory and segment coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities in your assigned area.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team for smooth fulfillment.
- Share daily visit reports, order status, and client feedback with the management.
- Help in **onboarding new clients onto the app** and assist them during their initial usage.
- **Market Feedback**:
- Gather competitor pricing and market trends.
- Provide insights to help improve pricing strategy and product range.
**Key Requirements**:
- 1+ years of **field sales** experience (preferably in FMCG, fruits/vegetables, or B2B sales)
- Good communication and convincing skills (Kannada/Hindi/English)
- Must own a **smartphone and two-wheeler** (with valid DL)
- Familiarity with mobile apps and basic tech usage
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
**Preferred**:
- Experience in selling **agri-produce, FMCG, or daily essentials** to small businesses
- Knowledge of **local market areas** in Bangalore

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
