**EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YEARS**
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and account teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies that align with clients' marketing goals.
- Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring of comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Assist in the development of social media calendars and content plans, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering a sense of community and positive interaction.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals, graphics, and videos for social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, and propose innovative ideas to enhance clients' strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Assist in the execution of paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Support the development of client reports by gathering and presenting data on social media performance.
- Maintain a solid understanding of each client's industry, target audience, and objectives to tailor social media strategies accordingly.
- Contribute to the growth of our agency's social media expertise through ongoing learning and sharing best practices within the team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
