**Job Summary**:
The Shop Floor Employee is responsible for carrying out manufacturing, assembly, or packaging tasks on the production floor. This role involves following instructions, maintaining product quality, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery or equipment as per training and instructions
- Assemble, package, or process materials according to product specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Conduct quality checks and report any defects or issues
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Record production data accurately on logs or systems
- Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished products
- Report breakdowns, delays, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th/12th standard pass or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision
- Basic math and communication skills
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime if required

**Work Conditions**:

- Work may involve standing for long durations
- Noisy or dusty environment (depending on industry)
- Use of protective gear like gloves, helmets, masks, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
