**Your responsibilities**
- Contributes to the implementation the global and national compliance standards in responsibility to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
- Ensure that every customer has a consistently excellent shopping experience by supporting
- Contribute to the implementation of the unit IKEA Retail Food commercial plan and communication strategy
- Act upon customer feedback, recognising good customer service and taking appropriate action to avoid repeated problems
- Highlight points for improvement in shape as new for the customer facing areas taking appropriate action where relevant
- Contributes to the implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans
