- Support our customers from start to end of their shopping journey by helping them in their home furnishing needs.
- Act as a highly efficient, and staffed sales mechanism
- Show home furnishing solutions full of inspiring home furnishing ideas
- Serve as a well-qualified home furnishing specialist
- Provide a day out for the whole family.
- Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers to complete their home furnishing solutions fit to individual customer needs and dreams using your home furnishing knowledge.
- Demonstrate passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits for customer / companies and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Know the realities of the local market/ trade area.
- Keep up to date with home furnishing, retail, trends, and design to exceed customer/ companies’ expectations.
- Lead in a 1:1 appointment through your proposal by communicating benefits and adapting through understanding the customer feedback to convert the service offer into an order.
- Offer all relevant services, finalize, reassure, and complement the shopping cart to give the customers a good feeling. Guide the customer through the payment process and contact the customer for after sales service.
- Secure a successful, convenient, and seamless customer experience, by optimally using all communication and sales channel, systems and ways of working.
- Demonstrate IKEA values and sustainability commitments to emphasize the difference between IKEA and all other Furniture Sellers.
- Respect routines and responsibilities, working closely with relevant colleagues across functions and units and to understand the own impact on business results.
